Application
Add 3-5 drops of oil (per 100mls of water) to a diffuser or dab on the crown of your head, behind your ears, on your neck, or soles of feet. (Note, most essential oils should be diluted in a carrier oil when used topically for massaging into skin.) For shifting mood, inhaling essential oils can bring about quicker results. Also drops of essential oils can also be added to a steaming bowl, quickly vaporising the oil which can be used for breathing in deeply.
